This weekend, I went to the grocery and got a bottle of Golden Boy Brand Fish Sauce for $2. You’d think that when it comes to cooking, opening a bottle would be the least of your concerns. Clearly, I was mistaken.

There was no tab or twist cap on the top, as one might assume. This can happen with imported stuff because we’re not used to how they do things over there.
