When Can My Baby Drink Almond Milk?

If you’re transitioning to a different type of milk, don’t do it while your baby is still a baby. Your kid will require all of the nutrients in breast milk or formula while he or she is young. Regular milk (of any kind) is insufficient as a substitute.

6 to 12 months old: Buy smooth almond butter and mix it into applesauce, yogurt, or thin it with breastmilk, formula, or water. Alternatively, finely crush almonds into a fine flour and sprinkle it on other meals that will stick to it (avocado, banana, etc.).
