What should you stay away from when making almond milk?

If you suffer from stomach bloating, IBS, IBD, gastritis, diverticulitis, or any other type of GI distress, you should examine your nut milk. May contain additives

Sugar, salt, gums, tastes, and lecithin and carrageenan can all be included in processed almond milk (types of emulsifiers).
