What to Look For to find Whole30 Compliant Coconut Milk Brands

Yes, almond butter is a Whole30 approved food. During the Whole30 regimen, almond butter is a great and delicious alternative to peanut butter.
Almond butter is the holy grail of the Whole30, and I swear I’ve seen individuals live Whole30 purely on Almond Butter (which we don’t advocate). People’s love for almond butter is insane, and I’m a little afraid of you just kidding!
Here’s how it works. The whole point of the Whole30 is to stay as near to the source as possible. That is to say, the less processing that is done, the better. Fresh vegetables and locally sourced meats are perfect! A typical Whole30 meal includes a fistful of protein, a few vegetables, and some healthy fats. This keeps you full and prevents you from snacking.
So, where does almond butter come into the Whole30 diet if it isn’t a snack-heavy diet? You can consume it as an intentional fat source during a meal or as a pre-workout snack, but you can’t eat an entire meal of almond butter, no matter how much you want to.
If you’re starting Whole30 with an addictive peanut butter habit, it might be preferable to try to break it first before switching to almond butter.
Remember that the Whole30 emphasizes the importance of balance. The concept of forming new, healthy behaviors!
Is there any almond milk that is free of carrageenan?
